Please come dressed up as the Superhero that you are!!
You can win by being the best dressed.


The address is 123 Middle Creek Park Avenue. The 5K race will start finish on the school’s track.  However, a new, flatter course will be run in 2017 https://routes.rungoapp.com/route/yArO1eZyxZ


​The Superhero 5K starts at 10 am, and the Mustang Mile begins at 11 am.  The Mustang Mile is run on the school track.

-The fee for the 5K is $35.
-There is a special entry fee of $20 for WCPSS Student/Staff/18 yrs and younger.
*Register by April 5th 2017 to guarantee your race shirt, goody bag and commerative keychain!!*
-The fee for the Mustang Mile is $15.
Youth T-shirt is free!! Adults T-shirt not included for the Mustang Mile. If you'd like a shirt you can purchase them on race day.

Late entrants can register and pre-registered runners can pick up their packets at Omega Sports in Crossroads Plaza on Friday, April 21, from 4-7 pm OR on race day beginning at 9 am.

Trophies and or Medals, Gift Certificatess will be awarded to:
5K Overall
Age Group Winners - 10-under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-over
Best dressed Male and Female SUPERHERO

In 2016 Trevor Kirkland was the overall winner at this event finishing in 17:42.  Lauen Copperthwaite won the women’s competition finishing in 20:48.

Seth Eslinger holds the men’s course mark of 16:03 set in 2015. Haley Juno-Galdes (20:35) holds the women’s course records for this event that begins and ends at Middle Creek High School in Apex.
