Overview

This is a new event for the Triangle area put on by the good folks at First Priority Wake County.  Go to their website to see all the good work that they do with students in Wake County.

The event will begin at 9 am at the E. Carroll Joyner Park in Wake Forest – 701 Harris Road for your GPS.

The entry fees are $25, if registered by September 14th, $30 from September 15 to October 20, $35 from October 21 to November 3rd and $40 on race day.  Ages 18 and younger get a $5 discount,and children 5 and under can participate for free.

However, all those who register NLT Friday, the 6th can get 25% off their entry fee by using the discount code 25.

T-shirts are guaranteed to all entered by October 20.  After that it will be "as available."

Participants have the option of appearing in the official race results and being eligble for awards or not being officially timed and not being considered for awards.  However, all finishers will be able to see their finishing times on a digital clock at the finish line.

The top male finisher and the top female finisher will each receive a $50 gift certificate from Run-N-Tri in Wake Forest while the 2nd-place male and female finishers get a special swag bag and medal.

Additionally, medals will be given to the top finishers in the following age divisions (both male and female): 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80-over.
