Overview

The Chick-fil-A 5k is a charity race hosted by the Heritage Chick-fil-A Leader Academy. Each year they work with a new organization, offering rheir support to community organizations that help the Wake County community. Offering activities for people of all ages, from the race to zumba and even the countless free kids game constantly running on the field there is definitely something that will suit everyone. One hundred percent of race fees and fundraiser funds go to the year's beneficiary - Hope House.

To learn more about Hope House and what they offer the community, go to https://www.hopehousewf.org.

There will be two races - a 5K beginning at 9 am and a mile race beginning at 9:10.  Both races start and finish on the track at Heritage High School in Wake Forest - 1150 Forestville Road for your GPS.

The entry fees are $25 for the 5K and $15 for the mile.  The 5K fee increases to $30 on April 17, while the mile fee increases by $5 on race day.

In the 5K awards will be presented to the first male overall, to the first female overall and to the top finishers in the following age divisions (both sexes): 12-under, 13-18, 19-30, 31-45 and 46 and over.
