In its debut last year, over 200 runners and walkers signed up for this event which is held to benefit Men of Armor, a non-profit Christian organization that serves the local church and community to reach, connect, and strengthen men to lead their families for the Lord. This is part of the Hope Community Church Mina Project based on The Parable of the Ten Minas (Luke 19:11-27).
The race will be held at Bond Park in Cary located at 801 High House Road. The mile starts at 9 am, and the featured 5k begins at 9:30 am.

The entry fees are $25 for the 5K and $10 for the mile. The entry fee includes a tech shirt. On race day, the 5K entrant fee increases to $30 while the mile entry remains the same.
Gift certificates from Omega Sports will be presented to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups (both sexes); 15-under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-over.
Late entrants can register and pre-registered entrants can pick up their packets at Omega Sports in Morrisville on Friday, January 1 between 1-5 pm. Omega Sports is located in Park West Village at 3025 Market Center Drive.
