The 3rd annual  Don't Tell Me to "Slow Down" 5K run/walk is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get outside and get moving, all for the benefit of people who stutter and the National Stuttering Association!!  Whether you’re racing to get that PR, or just want a fun, easy run/walk with others in the community, we invite you to join us!
