Last year over 300 runners and walkers registered for this event to support BackPack Buddies. The event is held at the Trinity Baptist Chruch located 5615 SiX Forks Rd in North Raleigh.

Alex Shaw finished 1st overall in the 5K race with a time of 17:35, while Annabel Leonard was the top female with a 18:20 clocking.

Sam Montclair holds the course record at 16:00 set in 2018. Michaelle Langan holds the women’s course mark of 17:39 set in 2014.
