This is a new race in the area to benefit the Be The Match Foundation.

​The 5K race will be held on the UNC Campus, starting and finishing at the Old Well at 7:30 am and will offer the entrants the option of being timed or not timed.

​The entry fee is $25. Shirt sizes are guaranteed to all those entered by September 10.

​Awards will be given to the top three male finishers and to the top three female finishers.  Bacon will be given to all finishers.

Be The Match connects patients with their donor match for a life-saving marrow or umbilical cord transplant. They work with patients from the start of their search for a donor match to post-transplant recovery and beyond.
