This race was last run in 2019 was resurrected last year with a new faster course.

Over 110 entered the event which is organized by Hayes Barton Baptist Church. The race will once again begin and finish at the Church, located at 1800 Glenwood Avenue.

The participants were led by Omar Wiggan in 17:44. Ava Flaherty won the women’s title in 17:45.

Participants can either enter as a competitive or recreational entry. Those who register as "competitive" will receive an official finish time, will be listed in the results and be eligible for awards.  Those who enter as "recreational" will not be listed in the results nor be eligible for awards.  However, all finishers will be able to see their finish times on a digital clock at the finish line.

The entry fee is $30, up to and including, April 30th.  After that date, the entry fee will be $35, increasing to $40 on race day.  All those who enter by April 30th are guaranteed a t-shirt in their size.  After the 30th, shirts will be given out "as available."
