Join us (competitive or recreational participants) for our 5K and 2K run/walk fundraiser to help raise money for the International FOXP1 Foundation. Your participation helps fund vital research, community support, and hope to individuals and families affected by this rare genetic syndrome.
What is FOXP1 Syndrome?
Individuals with FOXP1 syndrome experience developmental delays, speech impairments, and other neurological and behavioral challenges. Symptoms emerge in early childhood and often include speech delays, low muscle tone, and developmental delays, though the severity and specific symptoms can vary widely between individuals. As the condition is still being studied, researchers are learning more about its impact on neurodevelopment. For more information, go to
www.foxp1.org.
