One of the events sponsored by the Girls on the Run of the Triangle, this 5K begins and ends at the Frontier located in the Research Triangle Park.  The address for your GPS is 800 Park Office Drive, Durham.

Registration and packet pickup begin at 7:00 am on race day with the race beginning at 8:30 am.

Entrants can choose between participating as a competitive entrant or a recreational entrant.  He is the difference.  The competitive entrant will receive an official time, will be eligible for the post-race awards, and will be listed in the official results.  The recreational entrants will not receive an official time nor will they be eligible for the post-race awards.  However, all finishers will be able to see their finishing times on a clock at the finish line.

The entry fee for the competitive entrant is $35, up to and including May 7, and $40 thereafter up to and including race day. The entry fee for the recreational entrant is $30, up to and including 5/7, and $35 thereafter up to and including race day.

Awards will be given to the top three males overall, to the top three females overall, and to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups (both sexes): 12-under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-over.
