Come run and help India Carry the Water:

All proceeds provide clean water projects in India, enabling women to pursue job and educational opportunities instead of having to walk for miles to fetch water, insuring men have reliable water sources for their crops and livestock, and allowing children to enjoy the sweetness of a good bath and clean water so they can grow up healthy and strong.

The event will be held at the 519 Conference Center, located at 1100 Perimeter Park Drive in Morrisville, NC, and will start at 10 am. Participants can choose to race or run for fun, registering as either Timed Entrants or Untimed Entrants. All finishers in both categories will be able to see their finishing times on a digital clock at the finish line, but only those registered as Timed Entrants will be eligible for prizes.

The entry fee is $25, increasing to $30 after March 10. On race day the entry fee will be $40. A free t-shirt is guaranteed to all those registered by March 13, after which date t-shirts will be provided to entrants as available.

Gift certificates from sponsors will be given to the top three males overall, to the top three females overall, and to the top finishers in each of the following age groups (both sexes): 17 & under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 & over.

There will be two opportunities prior to race day for pre-registered entrants can pick up their packets and late entrants can register. The first is on Thursday, March 22, at Fleet Feet in Morrisville from 5-7 pm. Fleet Feet is located at 3027 Village Market Place. The second will be at Pivot Physical Therapy located at 9936 Chapel Hill Rd in Morrisville on Friday morning, the 23rd, from 7-9 am.

Pre-registered entrants can also pick up their packets and late entrants can also register on race day at the 519 Conference Center beginning at 8:30 am.

Optional - Help Carry the Water:
During the race, all participants will have the opportunity to carry water across the finish line and help fill our Celebration Water Barrel for corporate sponsorship. The more water we carry, the more funds we raise!
