Event Promotion

Your event is listed in our popular runnc.com website directory.
As your event draws near, it is repeatedly shared in our bi-weekly Upcoming Races email to over 5,000 runners in this area – all who have run a race 5K or longer at a 11/min/mile pace or better.
Your event is listed on the top race directories including racereach.com, running.net,  and ncroadrunners.org.
Facebook and Twitter tools are integrated for more and faster promotion.
We directly promote to running and triathlon clubs near your event.

Race Day and Timing Services

Timed using the ChampionChip timing chip system. *Additional options outlined below.
One digital clock to be placed at the finish.
Race starting horn, whistle or other starting sound.
Backup timing system and controls.
A finish line corral. See Premium Finish Line for additional options.
Race Day Registration supplies – cash box, safety pins, signs, pencils/pens, change, bib numbers, and other critical items.
Race results immediately provided as runners finish for use at your awards ceremony. Information provided includes names, ages, hometowns, and finish times. We will pre-sort your award winners for you.

Post-Race Services

Email delivery of a complete list of runners and email addresses.
All results posted on-line within 6 hours after the race.

Optional Timing Methods

Bib Tag – In this system the timing device is embedded in the runner bib number.  There is no pre-event chip distribution, collecting chips afterwards or billing for lost chips.

Single – Use Chip – In this system the chip is still worn on the shoe. Since the chip is single-use there is no requirement to collect chips after the event and subsequently no fee for lost chips.

A $.20 per chip credit will be refunded to the event for each chip returned (we recycle!).      IMPORTANT NOTE: Up to 80% of participants will return their chips if offered a reward for returning, (a free beer, entrance into a post-race drawing, etc.)

Optional Services

Event Sanctioning:  We manage sanctioning your event with the USAT&F which provides $1,000,000/$2,000,000 in liability coverage. We will complete all of the pre-race and post-race paperwork, pre-pay the fee for you and then bill you after the race.

Virtual Medals:  Deliver a professionally designed online medal to each race participant. We send a pre-race teaser to generate excitement and social media sharing then send a post-race medal with individual finisher time. The medals can be engraved with your event logo, event cause and sponsor graphics.

Embedded Advertising:  Advertise your race as the premier event in our bi-weekly email to 5,000 athletes and place it on top or sidebar of the race directory page on our website.

Event Day Materials:  Miscellaneous items that help your event operate better.

Google and Facebook Advertising:  Our experts will create the artwork using your event logo then execute a targeted Facebook and/or Google advertising campaign to promote your race and cause. We will provide weekly performance metrics to you.
